Part III, The musical magazine, has special title page only. Described on that title page as "Number first" and with imprint date of 1792, it in fact contains numbers 1-4, first published separately, 1792-1795, here collected and accompanied by an index.

According to Evans, the plates were engraved by Amos Doolittle and printed by William Law, while the letterpress printing was done by Elisha Babcock.
