"Volumes one and two nearly ready. Volume one containing the railroad laws and charters of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. Volume two containing the railroad laws and charters of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. The railroad laws and charters of the other states will be brought out as soon as the editors can prepare the work for the press. The volumes now in press contain the charters, &c., of the railroads named below, together with a synopsis of each."
