Gift of Zoe Birren, 2008.

This collection consists of scarves and one sweater. The yarn was hand-dyed by Faber Birren, a leading color consultant in the early 20th century. His wife, Wanda Birren, knitted the scarves and sweater. Each item has a particular color palette that is displayed through the striped design. When the items are viewed together, the different feel of each color palette is particularly evident.
