Biographical / Historical Note
Robert Bowyer was clerk of the Parliaments from 1610-1621, and was also a keeper of the records in the Tower.
Summary
Manuscript, on paper, in cursive script, produced in England during the early seventeenth century. The work is a copy of Bowyer's compilation for the reign of Queen Mary and records the journals of both houses of Parliament.
