The second edition, much enlarged, and greatly improved, of The new Waymouth guide: or, useful pocket companion Containing, a description of Waymouth, the mineral spring, at Nottington: and whatever is worthy of notice at, or going to, the following places, viz. Portland, Abbotsbury, Bridport, S[h]erberne, Derchester, Blandford, Lulworth Corse Castle, Poole, Wartham, Win[h]orre, &c. With particulars relating to the public rooms, walks and rides, libraries, inns and taverns, loding houses, boarding houses, hot and cold baths, bathing machines, stage coaches and waggons, rates of chairs, pacquets, boats, &c. Perpetual tide table, post office &c. The distances from Waymouth, to the principal watering places; and an alphabetical list of the cities and market towns in Great Britain, measured from thence. Also, is introduced, the manner in which their Majesties, and the royal offspring were received by the inhabitants. With copies of the addresses that were sent to St. James's, on the recovery of the King: and the one presented by the mayor and corporation, on his arrival at Waymouth. The illuminations and transparencies represented, &c. &c.
