The election of a replacement for Dr. John Munroe took place on Thursday the 2d of February 1792.
Other business to be dealt with at the proposed meeting included: the Treasurer purchasing the sum of £4000 three per cent. annuities, the President having power to convene the House Committee, and the Treasurer giving security for £6000.
