Preceding the Statuta is Modus tenendi Parliamantum, with the Seneschal tract, followed by a subject index of the Statutes to 23 Hen. VI (1444)
Six miniatures with borders portraying English kings, many small painted initials, and borders; Elyot and Delamare arms, and arms of Henry VI and Margaret of Anjou.
Manuscript on vellum. In law French, and Latin.
The Statuta nova, from Edward III to Henry VI, 1327-1444, are supplemented by additions through 7 Edward IV, 1477, and 1 Richard III, 1483/1484, in a different hand.
